About Us

About Valecrest Private Tax

Valecrest Private Tax is led by Jihao Zhang, a UK Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years’ experience advising private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, as well as UK and offshore trusts.

We provide UK tax advice and compliance support to private clients, trustees, and those with UK and offshore trust structures.

We advise on complex personal tax matters, including capital gains, property-related issues, trust matters and UK aspects of cross-border affairs.

We combine technical depth with a personal and practical approach. We value long-term client relationships and aim to provide clear advice that reflects the wider context of each matter.

We also recognise that some matters are urgent or time-sensitive and aim to respond accordingly.

Our approach and client relationships

We provide UK tax advice and compliance support across personal tax, capital gains, property-related matters, and UK and offshore trust issues.

Many client matters cut across more than one area. We therefore look at the wider picture so that advice is joined up, practical and tailored to the overall facts.

We place strong emphasis on long-term relationships and consistent support, particularly where affairs involve cross-border issues, trust structures or changing personal circumstances.

Where appropriate, we work alongside other professional advisers, including solicitors, trustees and investment managers, to help ensure a coordinated approach.
